Just a reminder-we are UNIQUE!  Our value, our instructors, our variety and challenge!  There is nothing like it in the Twin Cities-bring a friend-first time free.  Small classes, hands on instructions, instructors with experience.........boutique experience without the stress-all fun!  Look for Summer specials and camps coming soon!

Membership Summary...

Founders Membership = $25 initiation fee and $49 per month

Yours Truly = Drop In Class fee:  $10.  Punch Card:  10 Classes for $80.  Dancer's Rate:  10 Classes for $80

First Class Always Free.  Drop in's welcome!

Thursday 6-7am Sunrise Sculpt (Amy or Liz) 

Thursday 9:15 CORE, 9:30-10:15 ROPE BURN (Denise)

Friday 9:30-10:30am VO2 Max (Kandice)
Saturday 8:30-9:30 Rope Burn (Denise)

Saturday 10:30-11:15 Pilates Mat PLUS (except 19th)
