Delmonico Dance Reviews

We are in our 10th year of dance, and I just realized five of them have been with DelMonico Dance, and I’m so glad! All four of my kids have danced at DelMonico, two in the rec program and two in competition. My little boys at age 3 loved being in their first recital and in the spotlight on stage as “Broadway Baby” dancers. As for my girls, ages 12 and 9, DelMonico is their home away from home, and they love it! Dance is where they love to be, it’s where they spend time with their best friends, and they have special bonds with each of their teachers. From a parent perspective, it’s been great watching my kids grow in confidence, poise and talent in their large and small groups, and as soloists in their respective routines. We chose DelMonico because my kids are challenged to use their full potential each time they step on the dance floor. My kids benefit from having a different teacher for each of their disciplines (jazz, tap, ballet, lyrical, contemporary and so on), and the teachers do an excellent job of spotlighting each dancer in a routine and highlighting the child’s strengths. It’s an amazing program and it’s been a great choice for our family. As my kids would say, “DD4L!” DelMonico Dance for life…or as long as they’re dancing!

I was afforded the opportunity to choreograph a Kids Hip Hop Competition piece (Spring 2015). Instantly fell in love with the students and families. Very rare as an instructor are you allowed artistic freedoms and that’s exactly what DelMonico Dance gave me. Awesome support from staff management as well with my teaching style expectations.

“About 7 month ago I enrolled my daughter in the recreational dance program at DelMonico Dance. From the very first day that we started I knew it was the right place. The Kelsey (her instructor) is amazing! She does a great job supporting, challenging and encouraging all of her dancers.
